we are very proud of our product and we are thrilled to have it available to you! we totally stand behind our product as well. we hope that if one of our skirts or dresses do not work out for you that you would exchange it for one that does. we are happy to exchange it for the correct size or “customize” the garment if you have specifications as far as height (please contact us regarding this). if the skirt or dress is just not right for you we will return your purchase for a full refund only if the product is returned in the condition it was received (not worn or washed).
